A few words about me

From an early age, I was drawn to sexology and human psychology. My curiosity about sexuality, relationships, and the ways we experience ourselves and one another led me to study Psychology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, followed by postgraduate studies in Clinical Psychosexology at Sapienza University of Rome, where I graduated with distinction.

For me, sexology is more than a scientific discipline—it is a space for understanding, acceptance, and exploration. Sexuality is an integral part of the human experience, yet it is still often surrounded by silence, stigma, and prejudice. This is what inspired me to build my professional path around education, research, and therapy in the field.

Throughout my professional journey, I have actively engaged with the international and national scientific community, participating in conferences and events including the European Society of Sexual Medicine Congress and the European Federation of Sexology (EFS) Congress. Beyond attending, I have sought opportunities to contribute to the exchange and dissemination of scientific knowledge around sexuality and sexual health.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), in which I am currently undergoing training through the Association of Cognitive and Behavioral Studies. CBT is an evidence-based approach that can help people identify patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and work towards meaningful change.

My goal is to create a safe, open, and supportive space where you can explore your sexuality, better understand yourself and your relationships, and work through the challenges that bring you here.

For me, sexology is a commitment—to providing accurate, evidence-based, and non-judgmental information, while offering thoughtful guidance to people seeking a more authentic, connected, and fulfilling life.
